Kim Ashby- Director and Teacher
Mrs. Ashby, our dedicated director and passionate teacher, brings a wealth of wonderful educational experience to OLOL. She has an impressive and varied background in teaching, having spent seven years teaching 7th grade math before transitioning to preschool education. She has been a valued member of the OLOL Preschool community for 10 years and genuinely loves nurturing and inspiring young minds. Mrs. Ashby is deeply committed to making sure every child has a positive and enriching preschool experience while also ensuring that our program operates efficiently and smoothly.
Kortnee Hirschi- Teacher
Mrs. Hirschi is an invaluable and cherished member of our team. This will be her third year teaching at OLOL, and she remains deeply committed to creating a positive, nurturing, and welcoming environment where each child feels supported and encouraged to learn and grow. She holds a degree in Elementary Education and spent a year teaching elementary students in Utah before relocating to Illinois. Mrs. Hirschi is very excited to be teaching the Pre-K class this upcoming school year alongside Mrs. Ashby, and she looks forward to a wonderful year full of discovery and development.
Kim Killon- Teacher
Mrs. Killon taught at OLOL many years ago and will be returning to our preschool community this upcoming school year! With her extensive teaching experience and deep knowledge of OLOL Preschool’s values and curriculum, Mrs. Killon is exceptionally well equipped to teach our 3’s class. She is passionate and dedicated to shaping and nurturing young minds, creating a warm and supportive learning environment for every child.
